1. Describe the problem:
I’m an indie hacker and have launched 5 different products so far. The most tedious and time-consuming stage after development is the "cold launch": to get the product noticed, you have to manually post it on dozens of directories (Product Hunt, SaaSHub, AlternativeTo, and many others), niche blogs, Reddit communities, and send announcements to media outlets.
This takes 20-30 hours of manual work for each launch.
You need to customize the text and images for each platform, follow the rules, register accounts, and respond to comments.
Without this, there is no initial traffic, no SEO backlinks, and no first users.
Existing services only do one thing (either press releases or only PH and its analogues), but I need a tool that automates this entire routine smartly and with personalization.

2. How often does the problem occur?
With every new product launch. It’s a repetitive, predictable, and very uncreative routine that drains energy better spent on the product itself. I launch about 2-3 products per year.
3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?
I did everything manually — it’s an unpleasant routine that delays the launch by days and personally demotivates me.
I tried press release distribution services — they are expensive and ineffective because they hit only one point (media), and don’t cover the whole ecosystem (directories, forums, blogs).
I recently found the service launchdirectories.com, but it only covers directories similar to Product Hunt. I didn’t like that there are no real proof of effectiveness with concrete before-and-after numbers, only bare reviews. Also, their focus is only on directories, with no Reddit, other blog platforms, forums, or niche media.
I considered hiring a virtual assistant — but I would have to spend time writing detailed instructions, and the result still needs checking and corrections.
The main problem with existing solutions is that they don’t provide a holistic picture or transparent results. I need not just “posting,” but tracking results (how many links were indexed, how many visits, from where). Without clear numbers and cases, it’s unclear if it even works.

4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?
I’m willing to pay $50-100 per product launch for a service that fully and well solves this task for me. Key requirements:
This will save me weeks of work that I can invest in the next product.
- Covers all key platforms (directories, Reddit, blogs, media).
- Provides personalization for each platform (not just sending the same text everywhere).
- Offers clear analytics and proof of effectiveness (what was done, what results).
This will save me weeks of work that I can invest in the next product.
