AI Productivity Other

Need an AI «Jarvis» that turns chaotic voice/text updates into automatically structured tasks, projects, and dashboards for managing all of life and work.

1. Describe the problem:

I need a personal «Jarvis»-level AI assistant that would be a universal manager for my life and work. All existing tools fall short: some are just notes (Evernote), others are too rigid project management tools (Jira, Asana), and others require me to manually structure data. I need the opposite: I want to dump chaotic, unstructured thoughts, updates, or voice messages into the system, and it should autonomously extract from them:

  • Entities (projects, people)
  • Tasks and deadlines
  • Dependencies and «open loops»
  • And organize them automatically.

The system must maintain separate but interconnected contexts for different domains (work, multiple companies, home, personal), remember decisions and commitments over time, proactively surface priorities, risks, and next steps. And — what's crucial — automatically generate up-to-date dashboards without manual updating.

2. How often does the problem occur?

Several times a day. Every new email, chat message, or thought is a potential task or reminder that needs to be «placed» somewhere and not forgotten.

3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?

Researched all existing tools (from Notion to complex PM systems) — they don't solve the problem of automating structuring from chaos.

Tried to «code» something similar myself (vibe coding), but didn't succeed. The problem is too complex.

4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?

I'm willing to pay $20 per month for a solution that reliably performs the described functions, saving me hours of routine organizational work every day.
