I work in leasing. We need an AI-based chat bot that would analyze prices for secondary goods «cars and real estate». So that the user could input parameters «make/model, mileage, price for cars or property characteristics and price for real estate» — and the bot would parse data from Avito and «Auto.ru» (for cars) / Avito and «Cian» (for real estate), compare the price with market offers, and generate a report: «Your price is X% above/below market average» or «Differs from median by Y rubles».

Daily, since I work in leasing services and constantly search for car options for my clients. My clients also constantly compare prices.
3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?
There's a price comparison service on Avito — «In Market» — but it's not sufficient. With a specialized bot in Telegram, everything would be much simpler and more convenient.
4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?
I think around 300-400 rub per month (approximately $3-4).
