I have been building websites for small businesses for over 8 years, and I keep seeing the same pain point for owners. After launching a site, they struggle to manage it in the admin panel (WordPress, Wix, etc.). They are either too busy or not tech-savvy. They need to make basic edits: update text on a page, change a photo in a slider, add a product. But to complete these 5-minute tasks, they have to find and pay a specialist. I usually help them, but I don't really have the time or desire for such edits, considering they aren't willing to pay as much as I, as an experienced specialist, would like.

Constantly. About one in four of my clients regularly needs such edits. For some, it's several times a month; for others, once every six months, but the need always comes back. This isn't a one-time pain, but a chronic one.

My clients (small business owners) are already willing to pay for each edit. Based on my observations, they would happily switch to a model of $10-30 per month for an AI agent that makes these edits instantly based on their voice or text command right in the browser. This is many times cheaper and faster than hiring a person.
