1. Describe the problem:
I have been living in the US for four years now. And one thing has worn me out. Incompetent support. Wherever I turn, internet providers, banks, insurance companies, government agencies, everywhere there are people who absolutely do not understand what they are doing.
The latest example. I tried 9 times to change my address with Xfinity. It took 2.5 months. Every call is an hour on hold. Then I get transferred from one operator to another. Each time I explain the problem again. And in the end, nothing changes. I lived in California and Florida. I have been to ten other states. It is the same everywhere. Just impossible to get through.
I spend hours, weeks, and months solving simple tasks. And I cannot find a way that would solve this for me.

2. How often does the problem occur?
Constantly. Every time I need to resolve any issue with any organization. The last case with Xfinity lasted 2.5 months. I do not even count how many hours I spent on the phone.
3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?
I call myself. I ask to be connected to a supervisor. I write in chats. I leave requests on the website. Nothing helps. The problem does not get solved until I spend weeks on it.
I have not found any ready-made tools that could call and solve this for me.

4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?
I don't want to pay someone else for something I already pay for. I already pay Xfinity for their services. And in return, I get hours on the phone, transfers from one operator to another, and zero results.
But I see a big problem here for the companies themselves. They lose customers because of their support. And they get negative reviews, which damages their reputation. People leave because they can't resolve a simple issue. If someone builds a startup that solves this problem for companies in the US where support is terrible, and there are many such companies, I know this personally.
