We have tried several freelancers and agencies. The result is almost always the same: unreasonably high testing budget, lack of understanding of the specifics of high-end construction, and zero accountability for the final cost per lead.

I am ready to consider a successful referral model: a reward of up to 5-10% of the contract with a marketer for successful cooperation with them. I am also confident that marketers themselves would pay for access to verified clients with solvent demand.
