This is an extremely inefficient process that seriously limits our productivity.

We tried to develop our own solution using a recruiter's efforts, but without a professional developer the parser turned out to be crude and couldn't handle the tasks. The market of ready-made solutions doesn't offer suitable options for our specifics. We continue to work manually.

We are considering a package payment model: from 99 to 155 rubles ($1-2) per one automatically processed resume depending on volumes. A critically important requirement - the solution interface must be completely in Russian and adapted to the Russian labor market.
