- Creating a tariff grid, salaries, and modeling scenarios for changes in the payroll fund.
- Automatically generating employment contracts, orders, and company policies.
- Tracking employee education and monitoring professional standards.
- Organizing labor protection: instruction logs, medical check-ups, reminders.
- Preparing reporting for inspections and integration with 1C.

Constantly. I conducted research among 1,000 companies in the region, and 90% of them are in acute need of such solutions.

Currently, we are trying to break this large task into several smaller services to address each problem separately. But this is not a systemic solution.
