As a lawyer with over 15 years of experience, I regularly see the same picture: thousands of people waste time and nerves trying to get companies to respond to their complaints. The problem is not only the ignorance but also the lack of knowledge on how to legally correctly draft and submit a claim so that it has an effect.
2. How often does the problem occur?
These are not isolated cases. The situation repeats itself day after day for many years for a huge number of people in a wide variety of areas - from banking to telecommunications services. This is a systemic problem.
3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?
Within my practice, I successfully help individual clients resolve such disputes. But this is manual work. I physically cannot cover everyone in need, although I see great potential for scaling through technological means.
4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?
I am looking for a technological solution that would automate this process. I am willing to pay up to $50 per month for a working platform or consider a partnership for its creation.
