Courier app navigation and grouping issues in «Vozy Ozon»

1. Describe the problem:

I work as a courier for «Vozy Ozon» and face problems in the application daily that seriously reduce our efficiency. Here are the main issues I see:

1) Lack of intelligent order grouping. Currently, orders on the map are displayed simply as a set of points. There is no logical link to building entrances and residential complexes.

What happens in practice: entering one residential complex, I might have 5 orders in one building entrance on different floors. But the application doesn't group them together. Instead, I see 5 separate points on the map, which forces me to move between them inefficiently.

Sometimes, 2 orders from different accounts (e.g., from husband and wife) arrive at the same apartment. The application shows this as two separate geo-points, although in fact, it's one delivery. This causes confusion and leads to unnecessary actions.

2) Problem with navigation inside large buildings. In buildings with 10+ entrances, this becomes a real nightmare.

Scenario: I finish a delivery in entrance №1, go outside, and see the next point on the map. The map shows it's «nearby». I walk to entrance №5, but it turns out this new point is actually in the same entrance №1 I just left! The application doesn't show the point's connection to a specific entrance, causing me to waste time on unnecessary movement.

Key pain point:

There is no intuitive and efficient route sorting that considers not just the geographical proximity of points, but also the logical structure of buildings. This leads to loss of time, extra kilometers traveled, and an overall decrease in delivery speed.

None. There are simply no solutions.
