1. Describe the problem:
I am a web developer. My biggest pain is the constant requests for website cost estimates from freelance platforms. I spend on average 30-40 minutes on a detailed calculation for one project, plus another 20-30 minutes on follow-up questions and communication with the client. As a result, I'm working almost for free: only every third or fourth client actually orders a website. The others, apparently, are just using my expert estimate for their budget or finding someone cheaper. Over a year, more than 100 of these "fruitless" requests accumulate. This not only takes up time but is also draining and demotivating because you are wasting your energy for nothing.
My ideal solution is a smart AI agent that could autonomously conduct a dialogue with a potential client, ask all the necessary questions regarding the technical specifications, calculate the final cost, and, most importantly, argue for it convincingly, trying to sell my services at an adequate price.

2. How often does the problem occur?
Constantly. Throughout the year, more than 100+ potential clients contact me. There are seasonal surges of activity when requests come in almost every day, and this is especially disruptive to focusing on real, paid work.
3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?
To be honest, in no way. I just endure it and continue to waste time. I've looked into various calculators on websites, but they are too primitive and cannot conduct a flexible dialogue, adapting to the client's request. The market doesn't seem to have ready-made solutions that could effectively automate precisely this process – communication and initial sales. And to be honest, I still have little trust in such solutions, but perhaps no one has made anything decent yet.
4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?
I am willing to pay up to 17-22$ per month on a subscription basis. But this is on the condition that the solution is truly effective: the conversion from an inquiry to an order is high, and the agent itself works stably and convincingly, imitating my communication style and level of expertise.
