I have been creating custom websites (Tilda/WordPress) for 7 years, and my main stream of clients comes through Yandex.Uslugi (Yandex.Services). There, you can respond to orders for free 7 times a day, but there is a big problem: I often simply don't manage to respond in time, and competitors take the order.
This is really irritating because I lose potential clients just due to reaction speed. It would be ideal if there was an AI agent that would automatically and instantly respond to suitable orders for me, taking into account my criteria (budget, website type, etc.).

3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?
I tried looking for bots for auto-responses, but they are too primitive. For example, they don't consider my preferences (like, I don't take very cheap orders, even though this isn't explicitly visible in customer requests).
4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?
Most likely 300-500 rubles (3-5$) per month. But if the solution is really smart and works excellently (for example, with AI-based selection of suitable orders, analytics, and minimal false positives), then around 800-1000 rubles (9-11$) per month.
