I recently started a Telegram channel and grew it to 2k subscribers, where my audience is IT entrepreneurs and solo founders. I need to grow to at least 5k subscribers to start monetizing the channel and selling ads, but buying ads to reach this audience is too expensive to get to that subscriber count. That's why I recently decided to do cross-promotion with similar channels, but I ran into the main problem: finding relevant channels (with the right target audience and size), compiling a database, and negotiating with their authors takes a disproportionate amount of time and effort. Right now, there's a lack of a proper service that would automate this selection and communication.

The problem occurs every time I want to organize a growth campaign. It's a process that has to be started from scratch, and the first time it took me at least 5-6 hours of my time.
3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?
I spent ~5 hours compiling a database of similar channels and another ~1 hour negotiating to secure deals with just a few decent ones. I tried using existing solutions: I found a Telegram bot for cross-promotion, but it has too small and irrelevant a database (the project is 6-7 months old). I also found a new website (14 days old), but it has no audience or channels yet. I need a large, active database specifically in the IT entrepreneurship and startup niche.

I'm willing to pay a service a commission of 10% of the value of successfully organized deals for traffic exchange between relevant channels.
