Risk of a LinkedIn ban due to false positive bot detection. Official support is unhelpful. Need a tool that warns about suspicious activity to avoid losing 11,500 followers.

1. Describe the problem:

I actively use LinkedIn in the PR (public relations) niche and have grown a community of 11,5k people over several years of work. Recently, I received a 168-hour lock — their algorithm flagged me for using automation. In reality, I was writing comments manually, just a lot and frequently. This frequent, manual commenting is precisely what helps me attract new members to my community.

I reached out to LinkedIn's official support and filled out their form. They politely responded that the lock was lifted, but said their system detected "anomalous activity" and they couldn't reverse it — I just had to wait. They also warned that next time, the ban could be permanent.

I'm afraid of losing everything I've built. There's no tool that:

  • warns me when my activity starts looking suspicious to the algorithms
  • helps me regulate the frequency of my actions to avoid triggering them
  • gives me control over my account's security without having to rely solely on support

2. How often does the problem occur?

The problem has happened once, but now I face a constant threat every day. I'm forced to limit my activity for fear of losing my account.

3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?

Reached out to LinkedIn support — useless; they just deferred to their automated system.

Tried "vibecoding" with Claude and Cursor — I couldn't get anything decent to work.

4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?

I'm open to discussing a reasonable payment model (subscription or one-time fee) for a service that:

  • analyzes my LinkedIn activity and warns me about ban risks
  • helps me stay within the platform's unwritten limits
  • allows me to act safely without losing engagement

Losing a community of 11,5k people is too high a price for me.
