1. Describe the problem:
I help clients create online stores on Tilda. One of the stores has a unique loyalty model: their customers are teachers and their students. The idea is to automatically award cashback to the teacher for the purchases made by their students.
Currently, this is done manually or not at all, which kills all motivation for the teachers. A technical solution is needed that:
Essentially, it's an automated referral program with special conditions.

- Identifies the teacher by a special certificate number that the student enters during checkout (the teacher and their students share the same number prefix).
- Automatically credits the teacher with a percentage of their student's order amount to their personal balance.
- Displays this balance in the teacher's personal account and allows them to spend the bonuses on their own purchases.

2. How often does the problem occur?
So far, this is a one-time request from the owner of a specific store, but it is a critically important task for him. I am sure that many niche stores (not only in education) will face a similar need for personalized loyalty programs once they see a working example.
3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?
We tried existing services:
Collabze: Too complicated to configure for this scheme, plus high recurring costs for the client.
Customera: Not suitable in terms of functionality for this specific mechanic.
We are looking for a simpler and more affordable solution that can be implemented and then forgotten.

4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?
I can't say for sure, but I think clients would be willing to pay 500 rubles (6$) (possibly more) per month for a working solution that is easier to set up than alternatives and works reliably.
