A Telegram channel owner is losing their audience without understanding the reasons for unsubscriptions. There is no simple tool for automatically collecting feedback from departed subscribers.

1. Describe the problem:

I run a Telegram channel about business and technology. Every day, several people unsubscribe, and I don't understand why. It's a "black box": I'm losing my audience but getting no feedback to improve. Manually writing to each person is awkward and energy-consuming; ignoring it means accepting the channel's gradual degradation. I need a tool that will automatically but unobtrusively collect the reasons for unsubscriptions.

Perhaps such a tool is needed for other social networks as well, but specifically, I lack it precisely for my Telegram channel.

2. How often does the problem occur?

Daily/weekly. Every unsubscribe is a missed opportunity to improve and strengthen the community.

3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?

I conducted polls for the active audience — I suspect many who unsubscribed didn't participate in them. I searched for ready-made services — there are only heavy CRMs or general advice like "analyze your content." There's nothing simple and automated for this specific task.

4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?

I'm willing to pay $5-10 per month for a bot or service that will automatically send a polite message on behalf of the administrator to the person who unsubscribed, collect the responses in a single dashboard, and possibly suggest areas for improvement (e.g., "what topics would you like to see?").
