It's difficult for parents of newborns in India to organize vaccination: there is no service for easy doctor search and a «turnkey» process provision

1. Describe the problem:

I became a parent for the first time. In India, the process of organizing mandatory vaccination for a newborn is complicated. It's difficult to easily find and contact verified doctors who can come to administer the vaccination. Currently, this process is not organized and requires a lot of effort from new parents, who are already under stress.

2. How often does the problem occur?

Based on my personal experience and that of my acquaintances, this problem arises for almost every person who becomes a parent for the first time. It is not a one-time task but a series of important and mandatory visits in the first months of a child's life.

3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?

There are no existing solutions on the market that completely cover this task "turnkey" — from finding a doctor to providing the vaccine. Everything has to be done manually: searching for contacts, making arrangements, and separately purchasing vaccines.

4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?

I see a payment model consisting of two parts: 1) a fixed cost for the vaccine itself (possibly at a subsidized price) and 2) a fee for the doctor's services, which may vary depending on the region and the distance they need to travel. I think many parents, including myself, would be willing to pay for such convenience and peace of mind.
