1. Describe the problem:
I've been training seriously for over a year to gain mass. The first few months showed visible progress, but now I've hit a plateau. The weights aren't increasing, my muscles aren't growing, even though I continue to go to the gym regularly. Essentially, I'm spending time and effort without any tangible return, and it's demotivating.
2. How often does the problem occur?
This isn't a one-time difficulty, but a constant background state for me. Every failed workout where I can't add a single set or repetition just confirms that the problem is systemic and isn't going away.
3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?
I've studied the theory and know the "golden triangle": a perfect training plan, a caloric surplus, and 8 hours of sleep. I've tried to follow it, but in real life, it's almost impossible. A business trip, a mild cold, a work deadline – and suddenly a meal is missed, an hour of sleep is lost, a workout is skipped. The entire fragile routine collapses, and it's hard to get back on track. There's no system that helps adapt to life's interruptions.
4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?
I'm already spending about 6,000 RUB (75$) per month to maintain my current process (gym membership, basic sports nutrition, vitamins). I am confident that a solution that gets me out of this dead end is worth more than my current expenses, and I am ready to consider various options.
