I manage several apartments serviced by different utility management companies. My problem is the need to manually submit utility meter readings to the multiple personal accounts of these management companies, since unified services like GIS Housing and Communal Services do not work with all management companies.

Typically once a month, and this has been going on for many years. It's a routine but mandatory task.
3. What attempts have you made to solve the problem?
I tried to set up a reminder bot. But each management company has its own submission deadline. As a result, I need several reminders per month. They are easy to miss or forget if you are at work or simply busy.
4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?
I would pay a monthly subscription fee for a service in Russia where I could enter meter readings at any convenient time, and it would automatically submit them to the required management companies on the correct dates. I find it quite acceptable to pay ₽500–₽1000 per month ($6–12) for all apartments or, for example, ₽250 ($3) per one apartment.
