My family and I moved to another country, Serbia. The biggest stress after relocating is everyday searches: finding not just any pharmacy, but one that has a specific medication; not just any barbershop, but one where they speak a language I understand and give a familiar haircut; a bank where a foreigner can open an account; a trusted dentist, lawyer, a store with familiar products. All of this has to be searched for manually, spending hours and days, constantly feeling uncertainty and discomfort in the new place.

The problem arises daily in the first months after moving. Every new everyday task (from visiting a doctor to paying bills) turns into a quest with an unpredictable outcome.

We solved it in three ways:
1. Ourselves — through Google Maps and general search engines, which took a lot of time and often gave unsuitable options.
2. Through immigrant communities on Telegram and Facebook — this helped, but the information was fragmented, unstructured, and not always up-to-date.

4. How much are you willing to pay for the solution?
We need an AI service or app that, based on my preferences (language, immigrant reviews, specific needs), would find verified and suitable places and services nearby, significantly reducing stress and saving time. However, there's a strong feeling that we users shouldn't be the ones to pay, but rather those whom the service recommends: specialists, pharmacies, beauty salons, etc. I think they would definitely be willing to pay for being recommended to immigrants, as it would be another source of new clients for them.
